Sarah is absolutely the BEST realtor! I feel very fortunate and happy that she was part on my first time homebuyer journey! She went above and beyond to answer all my numerous questions, prepare comparative market analysis, educate me on the current state of the market, the neighbourhood, the type of housing, etc. She knew the intricacies of the current housing market and was very technically versed. She made sure that I know exactly what I want from the house (a list of must/ good / nice to haves) and then helped me with my research. She was always proactive and on top of all the documentation and made sure that I understand everything. She was also very personable and so easy to speak to - a huge plus! As a first time homebuyer it was challenging and I had a lot of concerns and questions. She made it very easy to navigate the housing market and buying my first home and was my soundboard for all my ideas and concerns and a great resource overall. We had to delay closing twice because of the issues seller had and she was a strong advocate for keeping my best interests. She even helped me figure out renting and leasing process after closing. Would recommend 10/10!
